We are a friendly team working in the South of Conwy helping families to make the best out of family life. You’ll become part of a strong supportive team where everyone’s perspective matters. Information and Business Support Officers are our first point of contact for families and professionals for the team. They have a massive impact on the lives of the families they support. You can help us to make a difference here and now. If you are a people person and have some administrative and IT skills this role provides an opportunity to develop your experience in this field.
We all know that bringing up a family isn’t easy and we all need advice and support sometimes.
We support families with their everyday lives, listen to them, and provide practical advice and support. This role provides a welcoming and friendly face when someone contacts the Family Centre for the first time, as well as providing some practical support to the team, including finance tasks.
