Bridgend County Borough Council is welcoming applications within its Flying Start Programme. Flying Start is a Welsh Government funded programme and is available in targeted areas supporting all families to give 0-3-year olds a Flying Start in life. The programme aims to provide intensive support services for children and their families.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Childcare Worker to join our Flying Start team, supporting children aged 2-3 years old to give them the best start in life.

What we are looking for:
Someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children and there families.
A caring, motivated, and reliable individual who is committed to supporting children’s development.
Experience or understanding of multi-agency working to support families holistically.
Experience working as a senior member of staff within a childcare environment.
You must hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and be willing to commit to completing level 4/5 CCPLD.
