As a Permanent Day Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, working closely with service users to empower and support them.
Your responsibilities will include planning and supporting community activities such as swimming, walks, shopping, as well as supporting in house activities such as exercise and dance, all while fostering independence, and creating a safe and inclusive space.
You'll collaborate with a small team, ensuring the well-being and personal growth of individuals with autism and learning disabilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and create a positive, inclusive environment.
The applicant will be required to hold or be working towards QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

The salary for the position is Grade 5 £26,403 - £27,254 per annum pro rata.
