Overall job purpose
The Day Centre Manager will lead their team to ensure we provide a high-quality day opportunities and workplacements to the people we support.
They will achieve this through robust quality monitoring to ensure legaland regulatory compliance, financial stability through effectivebudgeting and financial management, and highly capable and engaged teams through their leadership of theteam.
