You do not need years of experience in care — what matters most is kindness, empathy, dependability, and the desire to brighten someone’s day.
What the role involves
As a Community Care Worker, you will visit people in their own homes and support them with day-to-day living. This may include:
- personal care
- companionship
- meal preparation
- medication support
- helping with daily routines
- promoting independence and wellbeing
Areas we cover
Abermorddu, Caergwrle, Cefn-y-Bedd, Hope, Higher Kinnerton, Ffrith, Cymau, Llanfynydd, Treuddyn, Leeswood, Pontybodkin and Pontblyddyn.

Shifts available
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with shifts including:
- 08:00 - 14:30
- 16:30 - 21:15
What you need
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to a car, due to the nature of the role
- To be based in or near the Wrexham or Flintshire area
- A caring, positive and professional attitude
