By supporting people in their own homes, our care staff help people to feel connected, regain skills for daily living, increase their confidence and physical abilities to improve/maintain their quality of life.

- Could you support and care for people in their own homes to help them feel safe and independent?
- Are you a good listener and able to develop good relationships with people so that you could identify changes in their health in order to keep them well?
- Are you reliable and flexible and can help the service to support people at various times of the day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year?
- Do you have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle to reach people who live across Swansea at their scheduled call times?
- Could you help us to become the best home care service in Wales?

We are recruiting 6 X 28-hour contracts within our Reablement Team.
The average 28-hour contracts operate a fixed shift pattern, an example is shown below:
4 shifts - 7am - 1.30pm, followed by 2 days off.
4 shifts - 7am - 1.30pm, followed by 2 days off.
4 shifts - 4pm - 10.30pm, followed by 2 days off.
This is a rolling rota.
These are temporary posts until 31 March 2027. In addition to the above, we also have
a relief position available.
