Care Worker (Days) - Cartref Cynnes Day Service

Both experienced care workers and those new to care are welcome to apply. The individuals will work as part of an established team to provide high quality care and support within Day Services for older adults. Being a Care worker is a rewarding role and we are seeking individuals who are motivated, passionate, have a positive attitude and want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

 Responsibilities will also include (but not restricted to):

•  Personal Care Duties 
•  Moving and Handling, using equipment where required 
•  Meal Preparation 
•  Assistance with medication (as per the Authority’s Medication Policy)
