Roles & Responsibilities of a Care Assistant Including but not limited to:
Providing personal care
Administering medication Manual handling - using equipment where required Promoting customer health and wellbeing Providing companionship and help with activities/appointments Planning, preparing and cooking meals Shopping and undertaking domestic tasks around the home Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role Previous experience as a carer isn't necessary. We will provide you with all the training and support you will need, together with ongoing coaching/mentoring.
To become a Bluebird Care Assistant, you will need:
A full and valid UK driving licence Access to a car/vehicle The right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship) An excellent level of English To be aged 18+
Because We Care About You We deliver care 7 days/week and 365 days/year between the hours of 7am - 10pm.
We will always try to be flexible, but we will require you to work every other weekend.
