Overall job purpose
Member of the Social Services Systems and Performance Team who take operational responsibility for the administration, configuration, maintenance and continuous development of business information systems within both Adults Services and Children and Families Services.
The postholder will exercise independent judgement in diagnosing and resolving complex system, access and data-quality issues; provide specialist technical and operational advice to managers, practitioners and partners; and lead on defined system improvements, upgrades, testing, reporting and user-engagement activities.
The role will translate service requirements into effective system solutions and promote consistent, compliant and efficient use of the Social Care Management System to support safe and effective service delivery.
