This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our Childcare teams as they deliver essential services to young people across Conwy.
As a key member of a well-established and highly valued team, you will receive full support and mentoring from experienced colleagues, enabling you to develop your skills and confidence in a varied and rewarding role.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing high-quality minute-taking support for complex and statutory meetings, including Children Looked After, Fostering and Adoption forums
• Delivering comprehensive administrative support to Social Work teams
• Managing diaries and coordinating meetings
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our client information systems
