An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our team at Bonymaen House.
We are looking to employ a full time -37-hour Assistant Manager to support the delivery of the service.
- The service has availability to support up to 27, older individuals transitioning from a stay in hospital, focusing on reablement goals.
- The service is unique and dynamic in its approach ,focussing mainly on supporting people to return to their home.

- You will be part of a dynamic team.
- You will be supported to do the right training , to gain the relevant understanding ,knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement within your new role and an opportunity to discuss aspects of the role with your manager.
- You will work 5 days a week on a rota basis ,to include mornings , afternoons, weekends and bank holidays.
