Key Responsibilities: - Lead the support and maintenance of Agile Mobile Working, including equipment management, testing, and issue resolution.
- Set up IT equipment for staff across Social Services, ensuring they are confident in using it effectively.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reorder IT equipment to prevent shortages.
- Design and deliver training materials to empower staff with Agile Mobile Working skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation, spreadsheets, and device records.
- Liaise with providers and ICT teams for device management, software updates, and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate the collection, transfer, and setup of IT equipment.
What We Are Looking For From You - Strong technical knowledge of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills for training and end-user support.
- Proficiency in creating documentation and maintaining records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
