We welcome applications to come and join our Community Team for Learning Disabilities in Llanelli.  We currently have 1 Full-Time post for a Social Work Assistant in Llanelli.  

In this role, you will support assessment and care planning, undertake statutory duties, work directly with individuals and families, and help people access the support they need to achieve their outcomes. No two days are the same. You'll need to be organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing a varied workload while working closely with qualified social workers and other professionals.
