About Us:
St. David's ASC is an exciting company that is growing and focused on achieving great outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
We provide residential therapeutic services to children and young people with a variety of social, psychological, behavioural and mental health challenges, they live with us in our specialist residential homes in Pembrokeshire. All our homes are in peaceful, rural locations.
We work with therapeutic and clinical support teams. Our children and young people have had traumatic backgrounds and we work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes, to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Essential Requirements :
You must hold a full manual UK driving licence as you will be expected to transport children and young people in company cars
Age exemption due to regulatory requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older due to the nature of the service
You must have the right to work in the UK
You must be available to work to the house shift patterns which may include some unsociable hours over a 39 hour week.
You must be able to provide acceptable references.
