Your Role at Ty Carreg:
Located near Barry, Ty Carreg is home to 12 adults aged 18+, offering self-contained apartments and shared spaces.

Your role includes:
-Providing tailored care to meet physical, emotional, and social needs.
-Supporting activities, community outings, and skill-building.
-Promoting independence and celebrating achievements.
-Assisting with daily tasks like meal prep and housekeeping.

What We’re Looking For:
-Compassion, patience, and resilience.
-Strong communication skills and adaptability.
-Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
-A full UK driving licence (essential).
