What is the role?
You'll be supporting three individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own home. This is a high-support service, and you'll receive Positive Behaviour Management training to help you thrive in your role.

Duties Include:
Administering medication Providing personal and emotional support Supporting daily routines and commuting Helping with activities and meal preparation Promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle Light household duties
What skills and experience do you need?
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. More important are;
Strong listening skills and adapting your communication style to suit each individual, including those who are non-verbal, ensuring everyone feels heard, respected, and understood. A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player
