We are looking for a passionate and determined individual to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living service in Neath.
We have an 20 hour part time, permanent opportunity available.
This service operates 24/7, requiring flexibility with shifts, including:
• Day shifts can vary from: 7am-11pm (Mon-Sun) • Sleep-in shifts: In addition to day shifts (additional £62.64 per shift)

What is the role?
This service is the home of 3 individuals with learning disabilities, we provide Positive Behaviour Management Training to support you in your role. This is a low support need service and will be working with these incredible individuals to enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities.

Duties Include:
Administering medication Emotional support Domestic duties Supporting in the commuting Support with activities Meal preparation Ensuring a healthy balanced diet
What skills and experience do you need?
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. More important are;
A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player
