Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

Salary: £12.40 per hour
Based at: Carmarthen
Role Purpose:
The Carmarthen Sanctuary is a brand new service that will provide direct support to individuals suffering with various levels of mental illness accessing the Sanctuary. To facilitate practical interventions such as meals, beverages, washing facilities, emergency clothing etc. The successful post holder will support the needs of adults (aged over 17 years and 9 months) who are in, at the risk of, or at the point of a social/emotional crisis within the Hywel Dda Health Board area.
The service will provide an out of hours, non-accommodation-based service offering support between the hours of 17:00 to 02:00, 4 nights per week, 365 days per year.
