As Quality Assurance Manager you will join a committed team, dedicated to providing care and support to the Citizens of Cardiff.
This role will suit an experienced social worker who believes in the value of social work and who thrives on continuous development and service improvement.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of managing others
- Ability to exercise a leadership and challenge function with team managers and social work practitioners.
- Ability to identify areas for policy and practice improvement and lead on their implementation
You will work closely with the teams to disseminate good practice across the workforce and raise expectations that the work we do will be of the highest standard.
