Job description
37 hours per weekOur 16 Plus Team currently has an opportunity for a personal advisor to join them. The 16 Plus Team work to achieve the best long-term outcomes for the young people they work with. The team strives to support young people making their transition into adulthood an easier and manageable experience.
As a personal advisor in the 16 Plus Team you will be expected to work in partnership with young people, their carers and other professionals to complete high quality assessments in order to develop outcome focused Pathway Plans. You will need to work alongside social workers supporting care experienced young people undertaking needs assessments with a focus on transition. You will need to have a genuine interest in working with young people, committed to supporting positive outcomes and a person centred approach to your role. You will become part of an established and settled team. You will receive regular supervision, support and guidance and become part of a motivated and committed team.
