Our residents are individuals and deserve to be treated as such. You don't need any experience to apply as you will receive a full induction to get you started and we offer a range of benefits which include:
- A four week rolling rota enabling you to plan around your home life 12 months in advance

- Ability to progress into a number of other care roles within Health and Social Care
We welcome non-Welsh speakers, Learners as well as fluent Welsh speakers to apply. A good standard of spoken English is required to communicate with individuals.
We have a number of vacancies across the Conwy area. Starting salaries will be dependent upon experience, starting from £13.05 per hour basic rate with no previous experience.
