Support workers have a massive impact on the lives of the people they support. You can help us to make a difference to the lives of older people here and now.
We support older people across Conwy to live as independently as possible in their own home, supporting them to regain and maintain skills that allow them to be part of their community.
That means listening to them, understanding what they like, and supporting them to make decisions and achieve the things they want to achieve.
If you share these values we want to hear from you!
