Our services are tailor made to enable the person we are providing care, help and the support they need to allow them to stay in their own home and maintain their independence for as long as possible. Our range of Domiciliary Care Services include Personal Care, Medication Administration, Social and Shopping visits, Doctor, Hospital and Dental appointments, Sitting Services and much more.
3 Circles Care Limited is a newly formed Domiciliary Care company based in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. We provide domiciliary care services to people in their own homes.

We are a Residential family assessment centre in Rhyl North Wales.
Bath House actively promotes positive parenting and works with parents to explore and identify areas for improvement.
Families are referred to us for an average period of 12 weeks for assessment whereby we offer 24 hour support and monitoring.

Abbey Dale House is a general nursing home in Colwyn Bay. We deliver general care to individuals over the age 65, through to specialised nursing care, including palliative and dignified end of life care. We are a small family owned and operated home with family values - we truly value and treat each other and our residents as we would wish to be treated ourselves. Action for Children Fostering Wales are a team of therapeutically training Supervising Social workers who provide support for our Foster Parents to meet the needs of traumatised children in order to support their recovery from trauma.
We currently support Foster parents across South Wales but are looking to expand our service into North Wales.
