We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Building Maintenance Team as a Programme Manager for Compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse and experienced operational team to deliver essential services across Pembrokeshire.
About the Role: As Programme Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of our Compliance Team. You'll be responsible for ensuring a high-quality asset and building compliance management service across a wide range of landlord health and safety areas-including corporate buildings, schools, and council housing.
Working closely with the Building Maintenance Service Operations Manager and fellow Programme Managers, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team and manage compliance across key. Your work will be guided by current legislation, best practice, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
