As a service provider for 30 years we are looking for motivated and confident staff who can provide outstanding support and be a key part of our vision for this service in Kinmel Bay .
he service is based within a bright and modern newly refurbished 3-bedroom property inclusive of an annex. The service is home to 3 gentlemen who have additional needs inclusive of learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and epilepsy.
24-hour person-centred support
Due to the requirements within this service we will only be accepting applications from staff who have experience in this sector and a minimum of NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care.
We would also encourage applications from those with experience of speech and communication difficulties and an understanding of how to support this.
Full induction and training provided through various methods including E Learning, face to face training and support from our in-house Positive Support facilitator.
Drivers are essential for this role.
This role will include both home based work within our service and also assisting our service users to participate in community activities to give maximum independence and choice-based support. You will have access to mobility vehicles and be able to develop your skillset with additional training on the specific needs of our service users in order to make sure you are fully informed and can provide the best care possible.
