The focuses being to provide care and support that promotes choice and independence for an individual with a learning disability and achieve better outcomes to live life well.

For the role, we ask that you have: - Experience with people who require support and assistance with all aspects of personal care, daily living and social skills.
- The ability and commitment to achieve a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care within an agreed timescale.
- An understanding of the principles that underpin a quality care environment ie Privacy, dignity, respect, choice, independence and rights.
