Residential Child Care Deputy Manager
As a Residential Child Care Deputy Manager, you’ll have thorough knowledge of the care plan for the children and young people who live in the home.
You’ll provide a kind, caring and fun place to live, helping the children and young people thrive. You’ll help them achieve positive outcomes and give them a sense of stability and security.
You’ll assist the Manager to provide leadership, guidance and support to staff, ensuring that day to day operations are completed. You’ll ensure that staff adhere to company policies, legislations and regulations, and you’ll ensure that care plans and care standards are met.
You may carry out supervision for Residential Child Care Workers and Senior Residential Child Care Workers. You’ll also attend meetings with educational settings, the Police, Social Workers and other agencies.
