The Independence at Home Team are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the role of Occupational Therapist.

The successful applicant will work within the Independence at Home Team and undertake proportionate assessments and identify techniques, equipment and adaptations to enable individuals to achieve realistic and desirable outcomes in everyday activities with a focus on Occupational Performance within a context of social care.

A Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration is essential
